Say Goodbye to Cellulite with This Natural tips

I believe that cellulite is one of those problems that we still have to solve. Many women, me included; suffer from it today. The current market is full of remedies which can help reducing and removing cellulite, yet those chemical solution are not the best, especially if, like me; you are looking to enhance your life with natural tips.

First, lets understand what is cellulite. The bumpy fat deposits which appear most likely on the the legs, stomach, butt and sometimes the arms are not more than swollen fat cells putting pressure on the surrounding fibrous tissue. Which pulls the skin downward and creates the telltale pitting that disturbs many women.

Below are home remedies I have  either tried myself or had trusted sources recommend. They will help you reduce cellulite or remove it forever. Either way, these things are natural things which can beneficial for other reasons too so they are worth a try!

1. Hydrate and Flush

You need to drink enough pure, clean water and organic hydration from fresh fruits and vegetables to keep toxins flushing through you. Water is essential to life and it is also essential to reducing and preventing further cellulite.
Just think about the effects/look of dehydration: shrivelled, lumpy, aged. This doesn't make a cellulite free body with smooth, supple skin. Drink pure water every day as the first thing you consume.
If you don’t like your water straight up, some lemon juice or lemon slices. Herbal tea is also great but avoid coffee and tea as much as possible and if you do choose to include them drink extra water and fresh vegetable juice to help counter their dehydrating effects and acidity.

2. Dry brushing

Dry brushing is one of the simplest ways to get rid of cellulite in your thighs. The process of dry brushing improves blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, and removes the build-up of toxins from the upper skin layer, which in turn reduces the appearance of cellulite. Be sure to use a body brush made with natural fibers.
Before beginning, make sure your skin and the brush are both dry. Gently brush from your feet up to your shoulders, focusing more on areas with the most cellulite.
Remember to brush from left to right side of the body and keep the brushing movements concentrated toward the heart to encourage blood circulation.
Do this dry brushing for about five minutes.
Finally, shower to wash away the dead skin cells and impurities. Do this once daily before taking a shower for a few months or until you notice improvement in your skin texture.

3. Myofascial massage

One theory is that: “Cellulite forms in the superficial fascia, a layer of connective tissue below the skin that contains fat cells. Superficial fascia is fibrous and due to inactivity, injuries, and improper exercise, adhesions (scar tissue) in the fascia can form contributing to the bunched-up or rippled look of the skin. Not only does the superficial fascia become more fibrous, thickened and coarse, less flexible, but it can also adhere to underlying structures that it normally slides over.”
Some therapists are able to perform a type of massage called myofascial massage or myofascial release, which smoothes this layer of connective tissue and can apparently also help with some types of muscle and joint problems that are related to imbalances in the fascia.
For those of us who don’t have access to regular massage, it seems that using a deep tissue foam roller (like this one) regularly can greatly help as well.

4. Moving and sweating

When you do sweaty exercise you are not only helping stress relief and giving yourself an endorphin rush, you are also expelling toxins through your skin. This is another avenue of elimination that is best not ignored if you want to decrease the appearance of cellulite.
It will also help to improve the overall appearance of your body by tightening, toning and lengthening so that even if your cellulite is there, the overall appearance of your body will be more flattering.

5. Detox baths

I love detox baths because they are relaxing, but yet another theory proclaims that toxin build-up in skin and fat tissues lead to cellulite. I couldn't find any scientific evidence to back the toxin claim, but detox baths can be relaxing and great for the skin in other ways, so they are worth a try!

6. Coffee scrub

Coffee scrubs can be beneficial in reducing cellulite as well. The massage and exfoliation benefits skin by stimulating blood/lymph flow and the caffeine in the coffee has a tightening effect. Pinterest is speckled with accounts of coffee scrubs and wraps working for reducing cellulite and loose skin, and like the other remedies, it is at least worth a try.

7. Swap your salt

Seriously, it can’t get any easier than this: swap your refined salt (table salt) for Celtic sea salt or Himalayan crystal salt. Refined salt is extremely acidic and leaches minerals from your body. It is also highly dehydrating (hello cellulite!) and so refined that your body will need to use its vital life force to try to assimilate this dead salt.
Refined salt only adds to the accumulation of toxicity in your body. Crystal and sea salt however are alkaline, packed full of beneficial minerals, give to the body rather than take from it and have a fuller flavor...if you can notice the difference at all!
